Community involvement covers in-kind and financial donations, employee volunteer days, and non-profit partnerships. It can also include communication, interaction, involvement, and exchange between an organization and a community designed to achieve a positive outcome at individual, organization, or social levels. All acts that maintain or improve community involvement are linked to this sub-category.
