Purpose

The purpose of this act is to maintain a safe work and family life among our employees in a completely new situation that has a strong impact on society.

Results

During the pandemic, we have organized informal online events, such as afternoon coffee-breaks, after-works, and game nights in order to ensure free social interaction also in times of isolation. Additionally, all of our general meetings are arranged in Teams, so that those who want to work from home still can participate. This helps in maintaining the office atmosphere and engagement to the everyday work.

Implementation

As an IT company, we are no strangers to working 100% digitally. That’s why the transition from on-site work to remote work has gone seamlessly. At the office, there are no designated seats which allows employees to sit wherever they want in order to maintain an appropriate physical distance and minimize the risk of spreading the virus. In addition, we also keep hand sanitizers available for use. We feel that keeping in touch and catching up with each other during this time, only strengthens our working community. Together we can ensure ours and other’s safety and health!

Although most of the work is done remotely, I still feel part of the work community.
