DNA – Positively changed, diverse and inclusive work community that accepts differences

DNA aims to have a diverse workforce with a positively changed mindset towards diversity and inclusion. We have already worked towards this successfully: as many
as 93% of DNA employees feel that they can be themselves at work, and 85% feel they can advance their careers regardless of their background (yearly employee survey results, 2021).
